About this demo

This dashboard is a public-facing demonstration of the analytics platform Citadel Forensic Accounting built for a national pharmacy chain's 4,500-store consignment program. The original client engagement covered three SKUs across an annual seasonal program, with the dashboard supporting live methodology tuning, store-level recommendations, and side-by-side scenario comparison.

The retailer "ACME," the SKU labels (12" Tealight Lantern, 36" Pillar Lantern, Tealight Refill), the store IDs, the city names, and the volume figures are all entirely synthetic. The methodology, dashboard structure, and analytical capability mirror what we delivered to the real client, but contain no client data.

Fleet size
4,537 synthetic stores
SKUs
3 in combo program + Solo hypothesis
Methodology
Two-step Solo, broom-floor, three-tier 36" rounding
Interactive controls
17 live methodology inputs + Vs. comparison mode

What you'll see inside

The dashboard reconstructs the full client workflow: an Overview tab summarizing the 2026 recommendation against 2025 actuals, a Per-Store tab with 4,500 sortable rows and three independent tier filters, a Scenarios tab with side-by-side Vs. methodology comparison, a Pack Sweep tab for 6"-per-combo optimization, a Geography tab with an interactive US heat map, and a Methodology Reference tab explaining every input.

Every methodology input is live - changing the broom floor, the surplus threshold, the bonus credit, or the Solo qualification value triggers an instant recompute across all tabs. The Scenarios tab supports two independent methodology configurations side by side, so a stakeholder can ask "what if we tried X" and see the answer before the conversation moves on.
